my hl only flashes

i have a few tanks that only flash, and wont move. can anyone tell me y this is and how i can fix it.

Bill,

First try making sure the radio crystal is fully seated above the battery and make sure the batteries in the radio and tank are charged up. You might want to check and make sure the antenna wire is making good connection inside the tank if the above 2 aren't the problem.

I assume you have pushed the engine start button on the transmitter?
